The Gathering Space
The Gathering Space is a summer feeding center organized by the non-profit organization, ROPE Youth. We aim to provide nutritious evening meals for children 0-8, operating from 5pm to 7pm. This initiative takes place during the summer months when school is not in session, ensuring that kids have access to healthy food options during this time. From August 15th through Jun 1st, The Gathering Space will operate as a non-profit coffeeshop providing a community hub for members. With 126 membership slots available, individuals can join for a monthly donation of $125. This initiative not only offers a cozy space for coffee and conversation, but also fosters community engagement and support through its non-profit structure.
